Hi, I am Lana Farley, owner of LKF Career Coaching. I have been a career coach for 12 years, working with clients from varied backgrounds. Over the years, I found that almost every client starts a session what some type of question like:

• Do I have skills that employers want?
• Will I be paid what I deserve? 
• Will I succeed in my new role?
• Can I really lead this team?

What all of these questions boil down to is a single question:

•  Am I good enough? 

The answer, is yes, you are amazing. My philosophy is that career decision making has to start with believing in your self, first.
